^ PEANUT & PAPERWEIGHT REFUND POLICY: Full refund of registration fees up to the fifth (5th) scheduled floor time (less the $30 administration fee and no refund of the raffle tickets). No refund after the start of the sixth (6th) scheduled floor time.




* FUNDRAISING FEE

Each family will be charged an additional $40 mandatory fundraising fee per player for a book of tickets for fabulous prizes that can be sold to get back this fee of $40 (to a maximum of 2 books per family).

REP PLAYER NOTICES: Players that are members of a Box Rep team will be required to play both Box Rep and Box House League dependant on the number of players registered. It is understood and agreed that any and all fines incurred by a Kawartha Lakes Fury rep player shall be the sole responsibility to be paid by the rep player.



REFER A FRIEND

A returning KLMLA player who brings a NEW player with them to registration will receive $10 off their registration fees. A NEW player is one that did not play in the KLMLA in 2011. There is no limit to the number of new players that one returning player may bring. There will be a $10 discount per each new player. The returning player and new player(s) must attend the registration session together and each registration must be fully completed at that time (ie - all must be fully paid, fully signed, birth certificate supplied, etc.)



IMPORTANT INFORMATION

HOUSE LEAGUE REFUND POLICY: All refunds are subject to a $30.00 administration fee. The fundraising raffle tickets will not be refunded. 50% of registration fees will be refunded after first scheduled floor time; no refunds after the start of the second scheduled floor time.

PEANUT & PAPERWEIGHT REFUND POLICY: Full refund of registration fees up to the fifth (5th) scheduled floor time (less the $30 administration fee and no refund of the raffle tickets). No refund after the start of the sixth (6th) scheduled floor time.

HOUSE LEAGUE TEAM BALANCING: KLMLA reserves the right to move players between teams at any point of the season to balance teams.
